We are pleased to announce the closing of 3707 5th Avenue, formerly occupied by Busalacchi’s Modo Mio restaurant. Swami’s Cafe acquired this 3,414 SF corner restaurant property in Hillcrest. We are thrilled to announce the expansion of San Diego based Rockin’ Baja Lobster who has leased 8,500 SF of retail space at Mira Mesa Shopping Center West. While expected to debut in early 2017, Mira Mesa marks the opening of their 5th restaurant in the company between San Diego and Orange County. Originally founded in 1985, Rockin’ Baja Lobster is known for bringing traditional Puerto Nuevo style lobster dinners to this side of the border.
